About Us
Our Story
Culture Minds was born from a simple belief. When people feel valued, understood and empowered, organisations thrive.
Founded in Farsley, Leeds, we’ve grown with word-of-mouth referrals to support a diverse range of clients, from ongoing partnerships to ad hoc projects across multiple sectors.
Led by Louise Wilkinson, a people and culture specialist with extensive experience building people-first organisations, we combine strategic insight with hands-on expertise.
We help you solve the day-to-day challenges your organisation faces, so your people and your business can flourish together.
We don’t just give advice, we deliver solutions that are actionable, measurable and tailored to your context.
From culture audits to leadership development, and from employee experience transformation to operational HR support, we partner with you to make a long-term impact.

This isn’t HR done to you. This is culture created with you.

Louise Wilkinson, Founder and Director of Culture Minds
Some people fall into HR. Louise rewrote it, starting with people, not policies. Raised in Farsley, Leeds, shaped by community, and guided by a lifetime of learning what people need to thrive, Louise has spent her career building cultures where compassion and clarity sit side by side.
She’s worked across corporate, public and third sectors, but the common thread has always been people.
Understanding them. Supporting them. Helping them discover their value during the moments that matter most.
Culture Minds was born through her experience of rebuilding in life and in business. She knows what it feels like to be supported, and what it feels like not to be. That empathy drives everything she does.
